Children have the right to be protected from those that are tempted to cause them harm. If you don’t know where your children are in any 24 hour period, that SHOULD be a concern. The thing that is most concerning is the fact that a law has to be created to make sure that parents report the fact that their children, who are not with a known person, have been unheard from for 24 hours.
