There is a near universal call for the state to fix our health, yet we are appalled when the state has “problematic”–to say the least–”guidelines.” And I use the scarequotes because if you are at a government school, the guidelines are really more than just guidelines. If school administrators fail to follow the guidelines I bet there are probable some consequences: less funding being just one of them.
